My last closed road sprint in 2017

It is on next weekend at Pittsworth in the industrial area coming just 2 weeks after Leyburn where I manager to be app 1/2 second faster than last year.

As per usual my aim is to not come in contact with anything solid,enjoy myself and be at least as quick as last year and hope that it will be a bit warmer than the -4 deg Sunday morning @ Leyburn.

Both towns are on the Darling Downs in sunny Queensland Australia.

Arrived home after a good event with 10 laps/runs over the 2 days which was a good effort seeing there was app 220 entries.
There were 4 cars on the track at any 1 time as they were separated by app 10 seconds and unfortunately 2 cars were badly damaged on the last corner before the finish but the drivers were safe.
I was in 2nd in class early on but ended up in 4th place but strangely I had a bit of untidy driving thru the chicanes as a result of a fraction too late braking on my part and strangely they ended up as my fastest laps both days.

PS finished 69th outright
