Music while driving

What music do we like to listen to while driving? Does it affect your driving behaviour?

I love a bit of chilled out guitar to just cruise around to, but fast paced stuff makes me a bit feisty with the right foot.

Anything I can do some Air Guitar to is on my list. I listen to a lot of Train now, along with Imagine Dragons, Bastille, Mumford and Sons and Smashing Pumpkins.

I probably do drive more aggressively if the music is fast paced but it doesn't overly affect me if I'm honest.

I'm pleased to have found another Smashing Pumpkins fan. They are one of my favourite bands. Have you heard their new album? 'One and all' and 'anti-hero' are the big hits from it.

Not yet, i've only recently discovered them and am working through their back catalog.

Tool and Karnivool are in the player right now, and Dead Letter Circus.

I'm having a prog metal revival.

Well tbh they're not really prog metal cos the songs actually have tunes rather than 5 blokes all playing different random notes.

Someone once said Blur's Song 2 was so called cos it was the 2nd song on the album and they couldn't think of a title. In that case shouldn't all Genesis tracks be called "9 minute dirge"?
