Well its roughly 160bhp at the moment, which gives 188bhp per ton...a Civic type R is 166bhp per ton so its not too bad.

My throttle bodies arrived here today

So are you running the 1.8VVC head or have you done an engine swap?

Its using a vvc block (slightly stronger than a normal 1.8 block) on a standard gti head (but its the same on all solid cam k series engines from 1.4 - 1.8, although the cams are very slightly different)
