Fiesta Mk4 Zetec S
Hi all,

I've recently bought a mk4 fiesta track car with some people from work and am looking to learn more about the platform and common upgrades/DIY guides on things such as installing bucket seats, harnesses etc.

The car spec is as follows:

1.7l Puma engine swap
Bigger brake swap (need to check what car they came from but is another ford and fit under the 15" wheels)
AP Coilovers
Toyo R888 tyres
Stripped interior
Powerflex rear chassis/subframe bushes
2001 Zetec S base car (so is actually a Mk5?)
Miltek exhaust

Thanks :)

Hi Wayne,

Thanks for getting back to me.

We had our first track day yesterday after battling with a bad misfire. We replaced the plugs, coil pack, fuel filter & cam sensor which all seemed to help.

It ran okay at >4000rpm but was bogging down badly at anything beneath that.

Our day ended with a rear wheel coming off as it appeared the shear from the drum!?

How can I add pictures without having to upload them onto another website first? is it possible to attach from files?

Thanks,

Will
