mk3 polo engine conversion

Im wanting to put 2ltr 8v mk3 golf gti engine in my polo...but what things like engine mounts and hubs do I need to consider. (Will golf hubs and shocks fit?) And how do I go about the mounts? Thanks

You should first research the engine size of your current motor and the engine your trying to put in. Chances are that you will have to move around and cut and customize your engine bay to make it all line and probably work. You definitely need upgraded mounts. I researched your car a bit and it should be relatively doable what your thinking of doing. Let us all know what you come up with.
