I've finally got Stage I of my rig to throw ionized air into the intake, in apparently stable condition, the gotchas seem to be under good control. So now I need to build Stage II 
After trying a number of things, the simplest seems to be a switch to "detect" throttle position. Anyone have some parts suggestions? I'm all for reliability, this is my daily driver.
