5th December was the MerryMiller 928 meet at Cothill near Oxford. Great turnout of 51 928s from across the whole range. Great to see all the old Sharks coming out to play

Impressive turnout considering you never see any 928's about these days (or at least I don't!). Don't like em though, fugly :bigsmile: 944's a much much better looking motor.

The soundtrack of that big V8 is very addictive though. You have to admire some of the innovations Porsche developed on the 928 aswell like passive rear wheel steering (Whesseich transaxle) and the interior binnicle design. The end of line GTS models looked and performed the best for me. Ideal garage would include a 944T and 928GTS so half way there. But then there's the 911TT and the .......... I need a better paying job.

I quite like them, my only reservation is the headlight style Porsche went with. The rear is quite cute though!

Good chat with lot of enthusiasts but I think I was the youngest one there :embarrest:
