Hi guys , I am trying to find how to get a final lower ratio for my Toyota IQ 1.33 or whereto go or who to contact.

Out of curiosity why do you want to lower the ratio - gear or differential by the way? on your car? 
It looks like there are two versions of your car, the 6 speed M/T and the Multidrive.
Ratio for 1st gear is: 3.538 and 2.386 - 0.426 respectively and the differential gear ratio is: 3.736 and 5.403 respectively.

I only drive around the city and I would like shorter gears other wise the car is really lazy.
Would the gear ratio 5.403 or does it exist a lower one be suitable for the 6 speed M/T?

Not sure, at the end of the day your car is designed for pottering around town in the most economical way possible.
I fear that unless you intend on keeping the car, changing the ratios of the car to get it to do something that it was not designed to do would not be very practical or cost effective. To be honest with you buddy, I would just use the car for what it was designed to do and then research another model which would be more suitable for your driving style
