Many moons ago I stumbled into Torque Cars looking for ways to make my newly found C5 2.2 HDi ESP DPF Hatch beat the dreaded ANTIPOLLUTION FAULT & do the 45-50mpg that it should.Having driven 155000 miles in my TROUBLE FREE ROVER petrol(45mpg) i was out of touch.
Main Agents were cautiously sociable till they saw 02 & no wheelbarrow full of gold.
So,moving on with my recently reduced brain power & speed (do snails get arthritis?) I got hardware & software &..........nowhere.....slowly till I emailed Citroen UK when a very helpful & friendly man rang me & suggested "service@citroen.com" where lots of useful info can be found.
Now I just have to master the new kit & plug it into the car....don't I?
On the subject of more go, surprising improvements in performance can be had just by reprogramming the ECU.My car does this when you press "S" & "sport".Equipment for programming with software can be found online.Lastly beware fitting non standard parts that ECU might not like it!
