Newbie to this forum. Toy car 1999 Range Rover P38 with the Diesel version and a manual gearbox.

The car has so far got a very modest lift in performance with a 30% bigger intercooler, a TD04-13T (isof 11T) turbo ( it is actually just the exhaust side that differs so it is with a very modest change possible to use the cold side house to sort space or orientation issues etc. It is the same turbo that BMW used in the 725 tds (And also the E39) for the M51 Engine so finding one rebuilt at a reasonable price is not a problem or very expensive.
The last and third thing done is a remapping of the Eprom in the Bosh Diesel ECU, also this is a bit conservative done so no issues with smoke or over-fueling.

Result, surprisingly nice car to drive. The turbo kicks in at about 1750 rpm iso 2050 and the torque is a lot better, of course really noticeable in gears 3-4 and 5.

The computer is showing significantly lower consumption when driven with an egg under the foot but this needs to be verified by a longer trip with this kind of driving.

Given these modifications are not in any way "manipulating" the sensors etc like a so-called power box I hope the computer can do the correct computation.

Any questions I will of course try to answer after best ability.

Thanks for letting me joint this forum.
