Is it possible to turn a manual car into automatic? how much?

Yes it is very possible but the costs depend hugely on what the car actually is, any additional electronic boxes that may be required, additional mechanical extras and who will actually be doing the work.
 
It would be far easier, if you are not emotionally attached to the car, to exhange your manual car for an automatic version.
 
Off the top of my head:

Auto box
Auto loom
Transmission cooler maybe
Gear selector
Pedal set
Steering wheel if tiptronic controls
Auto dash

If it has to be in your current car then best thing would be to find a breaker with all the auto parts needed. Or on the relevant forum for your car may be able to do a swap with someone?

Easiest and possibly cheapest option would be to buy an auto version and sell yours
