Is it difficult for a novice to replace inner and outer tie rods and track rod ends ?

I got a suspension test on my car, revealed my car needs new track rod ends and possibly new track rods.
These only got replaced 6 months ago by a friend and I got the tracking done right after but it has always had a pull to the left, and tires worn on the inside.

I know very minimal about car repairs, But I have access to a friends set of tools and am equipped with a car manual, the job doesn't appear too difficult on paper but how hard can I expect it to be ?

Is it realistically possible that I can replace these parts without too much difficulty ?

I am aware it will have to be taken ( again ) to get the tracking done afterwards

thanks
