Well it looks like you have the 1st initial fundamentals taken care off, so have a remap done by a reputable company, this would be next on my list.
You should see quite a gain in BHP as well as a much smoother response from the engine.

It would but this totally depends on your budget. If you have a nice header made, then this should be accompanied by a decent sized single or twin down pipe! You see how quickly the costs mount up!

Not altogether sure! the car is popular enough to have had a few dedicated examples made for it already! Failing this, then there should be enough specialists around to create a one off bespoke unit for you!

there will be off the shelf headers (we call them manifolds over here ) have a look for skunk racing or spoon sports - dotn expect then to be cheap however.

as for the remap i dont think that honda ECU can actually be mapped, it requires a stand alone ECU

also look towards a fast road cam as well.
after this your looking big money for increased compression or supercharging

Thanks for all your advice everybody! was googling tips and found a company that sells superchips for the s2k for only $69...too good to be true?

Yeah too good to be true. All those superchip / horsepower chips are a hoax to me. I don't see how a generic off the shelf chip is going to affect fueling in a way to get any benefits out of it. Even "mailbox" tunes are all speculation on gains, as each car is completely different. Though a 300 dollar mailbox tune is much more likely to yield results than a "superchip".

The best bet for any kind of tuning is a road tune, or tuning done on a dyno with the tuner present!

To answer you original question, the s2k is a pretty quick car. You already have the first two steps taken care of. Headers would finish off the full exhaust system. After that, fast road cams and a proper tune (although like mentioned above, I think Hondas need a standalone ecu). After that, you are limited to forced induction, or forging the internals to up compression, both of which will cost big bucks.

a remap or a chip wont give you no power, this engine has been very optimized so it´s difficult to get more power from hem.

A aftermarket header and a ITB can give 20 HP.

u can always try to reduce the weight. can go faster with the same hp while looking good :D the bonnet is quite heavy. u can change other things too like the seat, wheels and etc
