Ok, so this request is a little hopeful and optimistic but here goes!

After looking at my engine bay again, I feel it is in need of some more bling - I love shiny stuff

So I was looking around on the world wide last week when I came across a website for a company based in Wales. They specialised in making up induction kits for cars using lots of silicon, stainless steel and alloy tubes etc. They also done various strut braces and polished and painted bonnet gas struts. They had an engine bay on the website which had yellow hoses and chrome everywhere!!!!!

Anyone got any ideas who this company might be? It was not Demon Tweeks of this I am certain! History all gone so I cannot go back and check. I spent nearly an hour yesterday searching for them and eventually I

Why did I not bookmark them?

Sounds more like show stuff rather than fit for purpose. I would rather a kit look like it was made from a Blue Peter sketch and worked than something that looked expensive and did naff all! Don't get sucked in by bling T9 ;)

I've seen alot of shiny strut braces, great but weighed a ton and didn't fit! Plus they can screw up the handling on some chassis.

whilst I dont disagree with stamford there is no reason why you cant have both
After all theres nothing wrong with a bit of coulour coding under the bonnet Whilst it wont make it go better it can look better

There is nothing wrong with getting all the correct pipes made in polished alloy or having them chromed or powder coated

I got all my silicone hoses made up to order in one go . I chose red to match the engine but can be supplied in loads of colours and they can make up hoses to pattern or from drawings (and they do canary yellow T9 if you want :toung: )

Very true sleeper, but knowing T9 he'll go that extra mile and do it all properly, that I have no doubt. Just don't like seeing people get sucked in with fake works of art. See enough tosh on ebay and folk still fall for it!

Thanks for that stamford :)

@ Waynne, history is gone! AVG security thingy removes my cookies, history and temporary internet files every time I close down the internet explorer.

Stay clear of yellow silicone. It looks terrible in no time and never looks clean no matter how hard you try to clean it.

Thanks CP but I had no intentions of using the yellow silicone, that was just the main picture on the website so I mentioned it to see if it might jog a few memories! But thanks buddy :)
