Wow that looks really nice, it looks a bit like a Datsun coupe but there is something Mustang about it. I guess the year to be 1967.

Am I remotely close?

Beautiful car though, love the details around the rear lights and A pillar.

right country . it is a 1979 mazda RX5 fastback sometimes called 121 cosmo
and came with either a conventional 1.8 in line four or various rotary options.
this one has a tweaked turbo twin rotor engine and 5 speed gearbox
