i want to put a 2 litre turbo in my car

i currently have a asra 1.8 sri and i want to put the 2 litre turbo z20let engine init any ideas on how i can go about doing this and the costs involved.

This sounds like an awesome project. Send bad63r a PM as this is the sort of thing he's done a few times.

First up you'll need to check the engine mounts and get the mounts for your car for this engine. Get a complete donor car with rear end damage and take out the engine, gearbox, ecu and wiring loom. Then sell of the rest of the donor as spares (interior, doors, wheels etc and you'll recoup a lot of the cost.)

If you do the work yourself you should be able to do the whole thing for less than £2000 and probably less depending on how much you get selling of the donor car parts.
