How to remove steering wheel of 1999 VW polo?

I'm looking to remove the steering wheel of my polo. I watched a small demo online and noted that I would have to unplug the airbag (please note im a complete novice but keen to learn). So my question really is which 'plug' (I'm not really sure If thats what theyre called) corresponds to my airbag? I also have a passenger airbag? Any tips for taking it off safely?

when you take the wheel off you should see the plug without any issues

just make sure you disconnect the battery 1st as this will defenetly make sure that trigger cant be set off.

when you go to put it back on connect the battery last. that way if it does go off your not in the car.
