A remap company should be able to remove this restriction. Also fitting larger wheels, whilst it will reduce your acceleration it will allow a higher top speed.
I presume we are talking about using the car on an oval circuit rather than on the roads where top speed is vitally important. Doing these speeds on a road would be reckless and illegal in most areas.
