How quickly can you clean it

How long does it take for you to clean your car?

I'm thinking of just an exterior wash or maybe wax as well!

A wash takes me around 20 mins. A wax however seems to take all afternoon.

Usually takes me about an hour or 10 mins if I go to the local car wash boys around the corner! Guess which one I usually go for!

Full wash, hand polish, wheel clean, inside doors cleaned, carpet and interior vacuumed and all Armorall'ed (vinyl reviver protector) takes me just over 2 hours. did detailing at a Jaguar, Rover and Peugeot car yard for 3 years

Had the car from new for nearly 13 years and never personally washed it
But those who do this mundane task on my behalf take between 15 minutes and 6 hours depending on the depth of clean I want at the time

Depth of clean? Surely you want it cleaned all the way through the layer of dirt to the layer of paint on the metal?
