Have you carried out any basic things like a compression check , Looking to see if there are bubbles in the radiator for a blown gasket, removed the plugs to check for fowling etc ???

The plugs, are perfect now is the second general service since it started the problem, it started problem when they filled up diesel instead of petrol in the filling station

That's weird. Diesel nozzles are bigger in diameter so they won't fit into a petrol filler.

Not in all countries and some can be pushed into the filler car on some car models, which is a stupid design IMO, as you say it should be impossible to do this.
