Currently building a Bmw e36 track car. First time using the m50b20 engine so will be seeking advice and tips. Thanks

Hello and welcome Andy 
BMW's are one of my favorite makes and am not familiar with your engine but seeing you are building a track day car then you will be upgrading many things like suspension ,brakes,tyres and not knowing your driving history I would suggest some additional training to help get the best out of both car and driver.
Feel free to join in on any subject that interests you and after 10 posts you will be able to post pics of any mod you carry out as we will be interested in your project.

Sorry I've not been around much, I've been fighting off a DDOS attack on this site. Hopefully performance is back up to where it was, or perhaps a little better.
