Is your front plate allowed to stay in the front window?

Nice rims

That body kit is going to weigh your lil engine down a bit isn't it ;)?

Not my cup of tea, but that is what makes us different. Not seen that kit before, the arches remind me of the world cup ones on the mk1 Escort, showing my age now!

Does that mean i'm old then cause I remember them.... Nice kit buddy but you need bigger and wider wheels to proper fill those arches....
Is that kit a replica of another car? It looks very familiar?

rear wheels would be the best to have some distancers, and the side skirts would be cool, if they we're a little straight, so it might give the full effect of a wide body kit, but after all, it looks cool, so all you need now is performance mate, nice ride. rims are TSW.

like stamford its not my cup of tea but then again i prefer the OEM look.
have seen that kit on another corsa and to put it nice it looked terrible might have something to do with the bright orange colour and the 200 odd vents everywhere.
looks alright in the black though

Nah it's not allowed to be in the windscreen but police round here aren't too bad so they don't say anything, I've changed the rims now as I had a strange rubbing which ended up slashing the tyre so put it on 15" but still have same problem...any ideas???

The bodykit is called 'Preadator' and to the best of my knowledge isn't a replica

I'm looking to put some spacers on it soon hope it will help the look a little. Also going to do some on the peformance side of it once I recover from christmas lol

Thats it preditor kit. Good kit if you ask me. Where is the tyre rubbing have you found out?

Well it started with the 17"s on the front which slashed the tyre and now I have put the 15"s on it sounds like the rim is connecting with something under there, my explaining isn't too good but the arm that connects the bottom ball joint to the rest of the car there is a a clamp of some sort and whilst on full lock to the right is where the problem is as it doesn't seem to do it on left lock at all...make any sense?

Yes but I would of thought it would do it both ways. Check all your front suspension for play and worn bushes. Dos the car pull to 1 side whilst driving? Spacers will sort this problem out for you. Or alternatively just stick with thinner wheels......

The car used to pull with 17" but that sorted it's self out now with the 15" on. What size spacers do you recommend?

I'd first try an find why it is doing is? have you got the correct offset for your wheels? How wide are your wheels.... I've got 17's on mine and it's lowered I get no rubbing whatsoever.... If you have the wrong offset this could be causing the problems......

Well they came off my other Corsa which is a 5 door but would that make a difference? As for size and stuff I have no idea at the moment but will find out for you.

No just cause it was a 5 door won't make a difference. Are they standard vaux wheels then?

No they are Ripspeed ones but never had any promblems while they were on the other car. I also own a Colt that has 17" on that is also lowered and I don't seem to have any problems with that.

I'd be looking at a fault on the car then buddy. May be worn bushes is making the steering travel further than it should?

any chance you could take a pic of what you mean mate ???
we might be able to help a little more

hi mate and welcome to tc, again not my cup of tea, dont like bodykits
as for the spacers, make sure you have 3 full turns of the wheel nuts when their on, otherwise your looking for trouble, start of with a 5mm spacer and see how your going:D

Have the arches been rolled? What suspension setup have you got and how long has it been installed for? Can you try to describe the noise (is it like a grinding noise)?

As for the car itself, not a huge fan but I do respect and appreciate the amount of work that has gone into the car. If it was my car I would probably go for a more subtle body kit and a respray. What have you got planned for it mate?

Thats what moddin is all about though isn't it. Being different. If I built a full on show car I wouldn't build it just so people liked it i'd build it to how I like it an thats what modding is all about. I'm not fond of wide arch kit's myself (well except if they are on a escort cossie;)) but he has done a good job on that 1 if you ask me it looks tidy enough not like some you see that are hanging off... Everyone has their own taste anyways otherwise if we didn't an every car was the same it would be boring.:D:D

looks ok, i would have preffered black mesh thought, do those big arches come with the kit? looks good though
