Help with an UNKNOWN alloy wheel model

Can anybody tell me what model these wheels are? I have looked everywhere.....

May I ask why you are looking? Is one of the other wheels damaged or something?

I firstly needed to know because the guy I got the car from said that there was 3 of these coming with the car, but it turns out he meant as extra's so in total I have 7 of them and would like to get the 4th to make another set. i have looked at EVERY google image result for MOMO alloys and still no joy, and there not listed in the MOMO archive.

So i am stumped
