Help! R32 type-m engine swap to 25det

i just had an engine swap for my R32 type-m, from an RB20det to an RB25det i retained the stock 4WD and the transmission of the type-m changed new clutch (oem) changed new belts. the car has power but rpm bogs down or stops at 4-5 thousand rpm thru 1st gear till 3rd, 4th at half pedal preasure does not even reach 4 thousand rpm, revs go down by 1000 increments. according to my boost gauge im boosting 1.1 bar. is that the correct boost for an all stock RB25det engine? am i running LEAN? i havent changed the stock fuel pump of the RB20det, i bought a TRE 255lph fuel pump will this cure the problem or is there something else i need to change or look for. your help o advice would be grately appreciated. thanks in advance!:)
