Is your car 4 Wheel drive.
TBH mate with all the electronics on an EVO I'd imagine it would be a complicated and expensive task.

Theres a few Colt's that i've seen with an evo 1, 2 or 3 engine. But if you search on the Mitsubishi owners website you'll find most of the info you need. They seem to say that the early evo engines go straight into a Colt so I couldn't see why you couldn't but you wont get grip with out alot of drive train work like LSD or 4x4 and launch control. There are alot of conversions out there that are extremly cheap and relativly easy to do, just look at some of my threads, but then there are some that could end up costing you more than what the donar car would have cost.
