Was there anything in particular you were after? Here in the UK there is quite an active aftermarket parts market for BMW's, i guess our closeness to Europe and Germany helps.
I'm not all that sure who does and supplies what in California, but the beauty of forums like this is that people will find these questions over time and be able to pop in with area specific tips and recommendations.
I'm assuming your looking to go the remap and turbo upgrade route on that? It's what I would do for starters.
