Hey everyone, new to this forum. I hope everyone is being safe and buckled in.

I have a 2005 sedan Impreza 1.5i RHD 5-MT JDM 126,000km on the ODO.

Iv discarded the air box and added a KN filter along with a 3” intake, resonator delete and a Evil Energy 3” exhaust tip.
I have gone up from the stock 14” to 15” rims and have 185/60.

I want to increase torque no so much top end. I can get about 130-140 kmph if going down hill, but usually she stays at 3200rpm @ 120kmph. I don’t mind losing 10-15kmph in the top end for more “get up and go”.

What mods do you recommend I get to achieve this goal.

PS, are forester (entire) struts compatible as I’d like to get at minimum a 1” lift as majority of roads here are filled with potholes and debris.

Thanks, if Iv left anything out let me know I’d be glad to help you help me.

Hello and a very warm, welcome to TorqueCars from me the admin!

So sorry for my very slow reply, my mum recently died and on top of that I've injured my back and shoulder so couldn't use a mouse for weeks!

I'm getting back into the swing of things now, but have to take it slowly. I'll try and get back to answer questions more fully, and I've got a ton of article updates going up soon.

I'm sure you'll fit in just fine and look forward to Talking Cars with you.

A 3 or 5 angle valve job will help improve low end torque for you. Has it had a carbon clean as well? They lose a few ponies over the years due to carbon build up.
