2010 honda fit
i'm in my third year with a 2010 honda fit, with a 5 speed manual transmission. the local honda center rep admitted they called it the gutless gopher. also, early investigations indicated that the Fit is a take it or leave it car - don't bother trying to improve the engine. it only has 150,000 kilometers or a bit under 100,000 miles, so probably worth fixing up (oil looks clear on the stick). 1500 cc engine. vvt on the intake valves, i gather. the torque is already pretty good, but i would like to see what this little chub might become with lighter wheels, lower stance, induction (ram air, cold air?)... a mad max honda fit is what i want. come on back. dave

Waynne the admin here and I would like to personally extend a sincere welcome to TorqueCars. I apologize for the delay in responding; I've had a really busy period recently, but I believe I've caught up now.

What's your budget and what are you aiming for? Thanks for the compliment, it makes the hard work really worthwhile.

I'm sure you'll fit right in, and I'm looking forward to "talking cars" with you.

I enjoy the idea of this project, and I'm a big fan of automotive variety in whatever form it takes from cars to project ideas.
