Headlight problem

Hi all , I'm Danny a new member. I've recently bought a cheap runaround ( 57 plate Mondeo 2.5 titanium X ) I thought that the headlights weren't that bright , so I decided to upgrade the bulbs to hid xenon cambus error free ones. I got them working which was straightforward enough. However it keeps bringing up a fault on the dash . I have noticed that if they come on whilst driving in a straight line there's no fault . However as soon as I turn the wheel and the headlights turn with the steering it brings the fault up straight away . Does anyone have any ideas how to solve this issue . Thanks in advance
