Halfords purchased Nationwide auto centres

Halfords have just purchased the Nationwide auto centres.

So wasn't it originally owned by them, then sold to the AA and then Pheonix and now back to Halfords!

i think in the past i had my tracking done - 4 wheel alignment - done by Nationwide. And then had it done somewhere else a week later as one of my tyres had all but worn through!
