hi peeps,
can anyone tell me why my accord se ececutive cruise control keeps cutting out when i'm on the move, i set it to the speed i want and it's ok for a few miles or so...... but all of a sudden it will cut out without any reason.

That is strange, does it happen if you hit a hill or steep incline? I'm guessing you're not touching the brake or accelerator, even lightly?

Is the car running ok apart from that or does it have some flat spots in the engine?

thanks 4 the reply, no i don't touch the pedals at all,my feet are well away from them and yet it still cuts out without any reason. uphill,downhill on the flat i just dont understand why? a colleague at work thinks it could be a diaphram in the c.c.unit?

It is indeed a strange problem. It definately sounds like a fault. Sometimes a bad earth can cause wierd things like this to happen. I guess you will have to take it to the main stealers sorry dealers and get it diagnosed.
