i want to put a nice suttle chrome tailpipe on my car, but i want it to go through my bumper, how do i make the hole

I guess it depends on the bumper, but u might need some kind of metal around it to stop the bumper getting damaged from the heat

just stick on the end of a drill right

pretty much yup.
drill a small pilot hole couple of mm big then use that holesaw. they do require arbours however that go through the middle. just a big drill bit that they clip on to so your not going all over the place
