Okay, I FINALLY got an oppurtunity to work on the Fiero. Since some miscreant children stole the battery, I had to connect it to a marine battery I found in the garage, but the only way it does anything is if I have it being jumped by another car, but it still won't start. Before, the problem was that it ran out of gas, but now it barely even rolls over. WTH?

The kids may have caused unseen damaged or a couple fuses may have gone when they ripped out the battery.

It could just be an air lock in the fuel line or maybe some gunk is blocking it. Change the fuel filter and see if there is fuel delivery at the front.

It depends really. On most cars its near the back of the engine bay at the top but I have known some to have inline fuel filters tucked away in silly places.
