Hey guys, I really need help
    I own Leon cupra 5f 2016(280hp)
Running full stage 2 with intercoller, downpipe, inlets, everything except a big turbo.

I used to have 340hp & 52kgm with the same software & setup at the moment
And somehow now I'm only providing 320hp with 50kgm

I've connected Vcds made logs everything is perfect, no errors no leaks, the fuel is good , ignitions are good everything is running perfect. Still missing about 20hp & 2 kgm
Do you guys have any idea, I've tried everything and it's frustrating....
    Thanks!

Was it a rolling road readout that gave you 340BHP and another RR readout that gave you 320BHP? Were they on the same RR in the same conditions? Different RR can, and will, give different results. Even the same RR on different days and with different operators (if not set up in a controlled environment) may give different numbers.

Or did you use some other method to get the numbers you quoted above?

Was the fuel you used the same? Super unleaded makes more power than the standard stuff.

Injectors could be blocked up or losing efficiency. Warm weather also reduces power as cold air carries more oxygen than warm air.

BG fuel cleaner would be worth trying, it's the only stuff i've found that properly cleans injectors.

    Everything is working great,
Fueling my car at the same place. Every time.
I have a friend with the same car & the same setup that provides 340whp and 52kgm
    And I provide 320whp and 50kgm..

    ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS ???

There is a big variation in cars from the factory, I've heard some cars are 20% down on power. It's just down to manufacturing tolerances. How is the engine compression for all cylinders on your car compared to your friends?

Turbos also vary quite a bit and can lose power as they get older and wear.

The turbo is in a great condition, it's a new car I only have it one year. I was 340hp and somehow I've lost 20hp and 2 kgm ... and everything is ok with the engine , I guess - I haven't found the error

Sorry but 20BHP on a car that is alleged to be making 340BHP is not a big deal
As well as the factors that my good colleagues have stated, if on the day 'Temperature wise' when it went back on the RR was a few degrees warmer, that too could account for the drop. Stop worrying and enjoy the car for what it is |B

Dude, same day , same cars , same setup
We've made the same score ;(Hp& kgm)
    340/52
And after about a month I've lost to the other car because I felt my car is weaker
We went on the dunk again, ran a dyno on both of us
    He's running 340whp & 52kgm
    I'm running 320 on 50.

But something happens for sure. We've tested that and u can see the differences

10% is usually within the margin of error on diagnostic and rolling road equipment. You'll hardly notice a 20bhp drop in power in daily use.

It's not on a daily use , I notice that when I race people who I've already beaten and now I'm loosing , it's not the issue . The issue is WHY and how can I solve it

And you expect to magically get a diagnosis on a web forum? I see no mention of the before and after boost pressure? is it giving the exact same boost level as before?

Clutch slip and drivetrain losses could also come into it.

If nothing else has changed I'm leaning towards RR variance.
