exhaust manifold help needed vtec?

hi iam getting an exhaust manifol made for my h22a prelude and i will b3 running about 240-250bhp once the ingine is done (197 standard) just looking for some advice i want maximum power and tourque high up in the revs to suit my stage2 cams should i get 4-2-1 or 4-1? any hwelp would be great thanks

4-1 works better at the top end on VTEC engines. Low down power will be slightly off but it sounds like the perfect setup for your plans. Are you going decat or sports cat as well?

niether as its a full on track/race car so getting full system made .

Are you going to enter a seriese? Or just for track days?

well just track days to start with then competitions wen iam used to it and cars finely tunned. the plan is to just use a flange were theres usually a rear silencer and run just strait pipe and a silencer wen needed for noise restrictions
