Engine Part Limits

    Hows it goin guys/gals. I have a 4G15 1.5l and was curious how far you could push all of the stock parts before something goes. This question pretty much applies to all engines really. Cheers :)

    I have this piece of string.................Guess how long it is? :)

    Every engine part in every engine has a different stress limit. A set of rods from one engine type, for example, may be able to handle 600BHP but a rod from a similar sized engine from a different manufacturer may only be able to cope with 400BHP before gving up.

    With regard to the engine mentioned I am sure someone on here will have the answers.
