Ok first time here blah blah. So just wondering super and turbo chargers force air into the combustion chambers creating a change in pressure? Now couldnt that be done with say a vacuum in the exhaust strong enough to create that change in pressure to pull in that extra air or fuel instead? Always wondered about this.

I doubt it would work IF it could be done however you need to understand that a turbo/supercharger fills the plenum with positive pressure ready to be pushed into the cylinders when the inlet valve opens which IMO would be far and away the better way to cram as much air as possible into a cylinder than by suction which is the way NA cylinders get filled with incoming air.
