Just bought a scabby old e36 323 for some trackday fun & I like the handling so much I'm now using it every day.

Problem is its cosmetically poor & its not the fastest thing in the world.

Someone tells me that I can change the intake manifold & throttle body & have 325 power?!?! Anybody tried this? did it work?

I don't know exactly about the E36 323 but if it IS actually a 2.5 it's probably true. You can do the same with the later E90 325 and 325d, after 2007, which are actually 3.0 engines with restrictive manifolds.
