I was wondering how many of use use a purpose made boot liner when taking rubbish in our cars?

I would have thought most of us make do with sheets and things rather than spend out for a purpose build plastic cover but I could always be wrong?

Have you ever damaged your car by transporting rubbish?

I managed to fill a car up with snails and spiders! The dump was closed so we left the stuff in overnight and I really wish I hadn't!

I use a purpose made Saab made liner for the car, I carry so much equipment around, that a liner is way cheaper than a replacement carpet; strange but true! ;)

i really should get 1 cause i use my car for work and being a painter my interior never mind just my boot isnt pretty:embarrest:

Yeah! Loads of times!!

My ford escort stank afer a tip run. Fabreez my bum! Didn't do a thing. Ripped the carpet in the back too.

Tried to break into my Prelude to take that to the skip as I disconnected the bat with the keys inside and re-connected and locked my self out. I thourt as I was taking her to the skip anyway, it wont matter if the lock is damaged, Size 5 flathead and a hammer. Dont ask how, but the window smashed!!!! I think I hit the metal too hard!!

Scratched the front pasenger door pannell in my Mazda.

Scratched the rear nearside door pannell in my Evo moving a TV :( not impressed. Am still looking on Ebay for new plastics for the inside. Anyone know anyone?

I am cearfull with my cars, although it doesn't seem it. But this might help

The Escort was a skip
The Prelude was going to the dump
The mazda as a work horse
My baby, well I was sorry when I did that.

I keep a few banana boxes in the boot as a crude luggage management solution. It stops the shopping slithering about all over the place.

I could, of course, as an alternative, change my driving style :)

I've never been a great one for dealer accessories as they always seemed expensive and Halford's alternatives are barely any cheaper.

I did once leave a couple of bags of garden rubbish in the car for a couple of days and it started to ferment. It took weeks to get rid of the smell.

i dont use anything, the subaru seems lucky to have a carpet in the boot, the balance is decidely basic in regards to trim in the boot - but then again i dont tend to carry rubbish in it - the boots just too small.
