What was the first mod you ever did to a car?

For me it was adding some stickers and fitting an aftermarket radio! Oh those giddy days of customizing cars!

    What was your first mod?

To the car in the pic a 3 inch exhaust and that was the start of a 26 year learning curve;)

I've never owned a car longer than 12 years! 2 weeks was my shortest! - Hey this could be a new thread...

It was a generic cone air filter. The car sounded awesome but I'd swear it went slower after I added it.

Ah the marina my uncle had one of those.

We're they used as police cars back in the day?

The manual choke was a pain iirc.

Yes the Marina was used as a Police car. A mate of mine had the 1800 TC, mine was a 1300 I think. I was in a band so needed the room to transport my gear around to gigs. Second mod was mirror tint to the back door glass so no one could see in ;)
