Diesel Tuning needs

Hi everyone, I just join the forum. I live in Barcelona Spain after many years spent in the Motown in the US. I am involved in tuning development for diesel vehicles, and I am interested in knowing the opinion of other people about how a Diesel engine should be remapped and what are the main things you are looking for in a new tune for your cars.

Would love to explore more about it because generally diesel doesn't have a lot of pick like petrol has but surely modifying it in a way where it can be compete the same skills would be so awesome because there are so many beasts running on diesel.
