Hello Peeps,

Apologies is this one has already been addressed, I just wanted to know how big a job it is to convert a car using standard 4stud hubs to motorsport style center-lock hubs/wheels.

Has it been done by many fellow members?
What are the benefit/pitfalls?
Possible for somebody with average spanner-ing skills to do or highly specialised job?

Not much of an update, but found a company who sell a conversion kit for BMWs...

Not sure this is quite what I'm after, but thought it might be useful for somebody reading this thread...

They are called Hard Motorsport

Stumbled across this old post but why would one even want or need to do this on a road car ?

And is the mod road legal or engineer approved and if so you must notify your insurer to see if they will continue insuring your car .
