Car up grade

I have 1995 GLX Jetta vr6 about to sell it and get a Golf Gti 1.8t 2003. Don't much about the 1.8t but I want to know if they give any engine trouble.

Just make sure the oil has been changed regularly and the correct grade is used. Other than the oil sludge problem they are really good engines.

You will love it, get it remapped though, they seriously underperform on the standard map.
