We have certainly seen a change in car design over the years. Cars have become bigger, similarly shaped and features have changed mostly.
Factors like safety, aerodynamics and manufacturing abilities have been a large cause of all this.
But what do you think has shaped cars over the years?
Does none automotive design have an impact? Like clothing or architechture ?

I think manufactures should AVOID the whole hybrid/ eco look. Every one thinks that is what will sell a car. It isn't, and never will do. If I was a designer, I would take a step back and look at the most bought vehicles of the last 5 years and figure why they sold. Car designers are much like the fashion industry, never trying anything new. Chinos this, chinos that, Mahoosive Range Rover this, V12 engine in a 4x4 that. They weren't cool when they first come out, why would they be now?
