Cadillac CTS 2.8L V-6

The problem decision:

1) change of degree of compression
2) completion of a head of the block (removal of unnecessary "meat", smoothing of all roughnesses on a gas mixture input
3) replacement of a lining by the steel
3.1) replacement of atomizers by more productive
4) replacement of pistons on forged with finger displacement (for it is very critical), we in Russia cast pistons.
5) balancing of shatunno-piston group

6) change of a control system by the engine...

What result wish to receive ?

I got the same question as the OP. I have this same vehicle and want to turbo. Making this a show vehicle when all said and done.

Also I am not very mechanically inclined but have a brother in law that is GM certified. He's not a wiz with turbos though. Thoughts?

:) i wouldnt even say most me mechanically minded folk should try it, claymore on here has a habit of getting a car and fitting superchargers or turbos to them so it can be done but its not just hte case of bolting the turbo on and going as many people seem to think
