Bora T5 advice please

New on here guys

Right just need a little help thinking of getting a Bora v5 on a T reg 1999 with 114000k miles, I just need to know what will go wrong with them or what to look out for and have heard that the camshaft can be dodgy.

All info will be very helpfull cheers.

whats making you look at the v5 ? personally id say go for the 1.8t (kinda hard to find) and map it for more power than the V5 or go for the V6 and get the nicer chassis and the 4motion
