Best way to go for a 1.6TDI

So I have a 1.6 TDI SE and its about 105ps I want to get it to be fast enough to compete against decently high end hatchbacks, any ideas?

Just a standard stage 2 or more turbo / fuel injection.

Looking for power around 200/230 mark
