Astra mk4, 98, 1.6 16v. The revs increase much slower than usual even when i put my foot down, and also as i drive at a steady speed my car begins to jurk. need help here guys???????

Has it been serviced recently? Is it smoking? Have you recently filled up with Cheapo fuel? Does this manifest itself at certain RPM levels?

mate my advice would be to go to a scrappty and get a replacement air flow meter but my thoughts are you need a new erg valve and crank position sensor.
