hi im tryin to de-ice my engine because some ass just put water in my car and now its frozen and now the car needs its mot but i dont want to start it just incase it wrecks my water pump plz can any1 help me

Hi Jonnyb - is it still frozen up? If the ambient air temperature is over 3 degrees for a few days it should have defrosted. The big danger is leaks. The coreplugs on the engine block are designed to pop out as the water expands. Check it carefully for leaks. Ideally you want it to thaw out as slowly as possible.
