ask - 406 Petrol

hello guys,
nice to meet u all...

i'm nubie in here, and i'm from indonesia so i'm sorry because my english doesnt good,

actually im use 406 2.0 petrol without turbo. i want to know what i should i do to tuning the engine. because in here its so hard to tuning pug(we call peugeout). and i'm already change the header and muffler and i gain 15hp and i change the air filter with simota Open air.
so whats tuning that should i do..,
because i'm using this for daily use not for race.., but usually i'm speeding in highway ^^
and in jakarta so many HONDA fit RS that already tuned so sometimes i lost with them.., :embarrest:

hey and welcome to the site

id be very dubious of the claims of 15bhp gain from the exhaust manifold and a back box

cam(s) would be the next step for power or
suspension for handling

Hello and welcome, nice to meet you. pgarner is right on the button with a fast road cam. If you want a serious power gain you need to get the head gas flowed, polished and ported or drop in the 2.2 Petrol & Turbo the engine!

 

[HDi fun]

A 2.2 HDi diesel is a good option but the work required would be quite extensive.
